Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through Qazana Systems LTD ("Qazana", "we", "us", or "our") for the Services including Qazana Atlas, Qazana Signal, and Qazana Flow.

2. No Refunds

All payments made for Qazana subscriptions and services are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Partial use of the Services during a billing period.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Dissatisfaction with the Services.
  • Unused time on a subscription.
  • Downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan mid-cycle.

3. Free Tier

Qazana offers a free tier for each of its products. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the Services before committing to a paid plan. The free tier is provided specifically so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current period ends.
  • Your account will revert to the free plan.
  • No refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for the remaining time in the billing period.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paystack Payments Kenya Limited. Transaction processing fees charged by Paystack are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at Click to reveal before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will work with you to resolve billing issues directly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

7. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances — such as a confirmed billing error on our part or where required by applicable law — we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit. Such exceptions do not create a precedent or entitlement for future refunds.
